Simparica Trio for Dogs is a highly palatable, liver-flavored, easy-to-administer, monthly oral parasitic treatment for dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older, weighing 2.8 lbs or greater. This triple-action chewable formula prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis and treats and controls roundworm and hookworm infections. The treatment kills adult fleas and treats and prevents flea infestations. It also treats and controls tick infestations caused by Black-Legged Ticks, Brown Dog Ticks, American Dog Ticks, Gulf Coast Ticks, Lone Star Ticks and Asian longhorned Ticks for 30 days. Moreover, it is indicated to prevent Lyme disease by killing Deer Ticks.

Simparica Trio Chewable Tablets for Dogs features a powerful trio of active ingredients Sarolaner, Moxidectin and Pyrantel that provide comprehensive protection against both internal and external parasites, including fleas, ticks, heartworms and intestinal worms.

Sarolaner interrupts the function of neurotransmitters, causing uncontrolled neuromuscular activity resulting in the death of the acarines. Moxidectin interferes with chloride channel-mediated neurotransmission, causing paralysis and death of the parasites. Pyrantel depolarizes and blocks neuromuscular activity in susceptible parasites, resulting in death and removal of the organisms.

Direction for use
