Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours and most orders are delivered within 10-15 business days. However, orders may be delayed due to reasons such as postal services, weather challenges or a holiday rush. Therefore, we recommend you to allow us a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks from the date your order is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Will I get a full refund on returning the order?
Yes, we do issue a full refund for the products returned provided you return the products within 4 to 5 working days of receiving your order.
Do you follow a returns and refund process?
Yes, we follow a standardized return and refund process. You will be given RAN (Return Authorization Number) which you have to submit while you take the refund. We will also give you the return address where you can return the products.
P.S: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, we request you to NOT post back the products until you contact us.

Your site is declining my card. Can you resolve the problem?
If your payment is declined, contact the bank that issued the credit card. Some banks require you to take prior approval before processing any international transactions. Please request them not to block your transactions with email@example.com
Why do I need to pay ‘international fee’ while I make payment to you?
As we are based outside the USA, some of the credit card companies charge an ‘international fee’ or ‘foreign transaction fee’ on products purchased from us. This is a rare occurrence however we do advise customers to check with their banks and use another credit card to avoid these charges.
