Panacur Oral Suspension - Worming Treatment

Panacur Oral Suspension comes in a white liquid form that aids in treating pets from infectious worms of the intestine and respiratory tract including roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms, and whipworms. It is effective against various worms such as toxocara, toxascaris, ancylostoma, trichuris, uncinaria, and taenia species, and giardia infections in dogs and lungworm in cats and dogs. Panacur Oral suspension contains an active ingredient Fenbendazole which kills the worms by starving them which are then removed from the body.

Direction for use

• Weight the pet before starting the treatment for correct dosage
• Mix the suspension with food
• Ensure that whole meal is finished by your pet

Dosage:

For Puppies and Kittens Under 6 months of age

Weighing up to 2.2 lbs – 0.5 ml daily for 3 days

Weighing between 2.3 to 4.4 lbs – 1 ml daily for 3 days

Weighing between 4.4 to 8.8 lbs – 2 ml daily for 3 days

Weighing between 8.8 to 13.2 lbs – 3 ml daily for 3 days

Weighing between 13.2 to 17.6 lbs - 4 ml daily for 3 days

Weighing between 17.6 to 22 lbs - 5 ml daily for 3 days

For puppies weighing over 22 lbs, give an additional 0.5 ml on a daily basis per additional lbs of bodyweight.

For Adult Dogs and Cats

Weighing between 4.4 to 8.8 lbs - 4 ml dosage

Weighing between 8.8 to 17.6 lbs - 8 ml dosage

Weighing between 17.6 to 35.3 lbs - 16 ml dosage

Weighing between 35.3 to 52.9 lbs - 24 ml dosage

Weighing between 52.9 to 70.5 lbs - 32 ml dosage

Weighing between 70.5 to 140.0 lbs - 64 ml dosage

For dogs weighing over 140 lbs, an extra ml is required for each additional 2.2 lbs of bodyweight.

For Pregnant Cats

Weighing 8.8 lbs or less - 1 ml daily for roughly 25 days

Weighing 17.6 lbs or less -2 ml daily for roughly 25 days

Weighing 26.5 lbs or less - 3 ml daily for roughly 25 days

Weighing 44.1 lbs or less - 5 ml daily for roughly 25 days

Weighing 88.2 lbs or less - 0 ml daily for roughly 25 days

Note: For dogs weighing more than 88.2 lbs, an extra ml is required daily for each additional 8.8 lbs of bodyweight.
