Interceptor Plus for Dogs- Heartworm Treatment

Interceptor Plus are monthly chews that protect your dogs against 5 major intestinal worms. The chicken-flavored chews are also effective at preventing dangerous heartworm disease. They are formulated using two active ingredients- Milbemycin Oxime and Praziquantel, which are effective in eliminating immature form of heartworms and treating and controlling adult hookworms, adult whipworms, adult roundworms, and adult tapeworms. It is suitable to use in dogs and puppies 6 weeks of age and older, weighing 2 lbs or more.

Direction for use

• Administer the Interceptor Plus chew orally or mix it with a small amount of food, once every month
• Chews can be broken for easier administration
• Ensure that the complete dose is consumed
• Each chew contains a minimum dosage of 0.23 mg/lb (0.5mg/kg) milbemycin oxime and 2.28 mg/lb (5 mg/kg) praziquantel.
• For heartworm prevention, give for at least 6 months after exposure to mosquitoes
